About Factory Liquidators
Decades of experience.
Commercial perspective.
Global trade.
Since 1991, Factory Liquidators has worked at the intersection of product sourcing, wholesale distribution, and surplus inventory—bringing buyers, sellers, and trading opportunities together.
Our foundation in global trade.
Canadian roots. International business experience.
Our background
Experience that informs every transaction.
Factory Liquidators is a Canadian wholesale trading business with experience across consumer goods, power tools, industrial equipment, and commodities. Our work encompasses product sourcing, closeouts, excess inventory, and selected direct purchases.
That experience gives us a practical understanding of both sides of a transaction: the seller’s need to move inventory on workable terms, and the buyer’s need for the right product, at the right quantity and cost.
We assess opportunities through those commercial realities. Product specifications, condition, availability, destination restrictions, payment arrangements, and logistics all shape whether a proposed trade makes sense.
Our business
Three ways we work.
Inventory disposition
We work with sellers to identify suitable wholesale buyers for surplus stock, closeouts, discontinued lines, and selected assets.
Product sourcing
We work from a buyer’s requirements to identify supply and assess the product fit, availability, and commercial terms.
Direct purchasing
We evaluate selected inventory for purchase by Factory Liquidators, based on its condition, value, and resale potential.
Our approach
Clear information. Considered decisions.
Commercial discipline
We examine the details that determine a transaction’s viability, from product requirements and pricing to freight and delivery arrangements.
Direct communication
We clarify requirements, identify outstanding questions, and establish the next steps with the parties involved.
Discretion
Inventory positions, purchasing requirements, and negotiations can be commercially sensitive. We handle that information with care.
Defined terms
Each transaction is considered individually. The applicable quotation or agreement sets out the obligations and commercial terms.
Let’s discuss your next transaction.
Whether you have inventory to sell or a purchasing requirement to fulfil, start with the details. We’ll review the opportunity and discuss a practical way forward.
