Our approach · Business-to-business

AI-powered market research.
Experienced commercial judgment.

Artificial intelligence is a core part of how we help businesses buy, sell and grow. We combine powerful AI models for research and analysis with experienced specialists to identify potential buyers, find suitable supply and uncover commercial opportunities aligned with your goals.

A focused assignment, an agreed role and a clear point of contact.

Human Expertise, AI Power

The power of AI. Focused on your business.

Finding the right opportunity means connecting information across products, companies and markets. AI helps us broaden the research, organize complex information and identify connections worth pursuing. Our team turns those insights into focused commercial action.

Discover more relevant opportunities

AI-assisted research helps identify prospective buyers, alternative suppliers and potential markets against your requirements—whether you are placing surplus stock, sourcing products or developing sales for Canadian commodities.

Compare supply and commercial fit

We use AI-assisted analysis to organize specifications, quantities, available pricing and proposed terms. This helps highlight potential matches, price differences and missing information for closer evaluation.

Focus effort where it matters

Research findings help us prioritize relevant prospects and questions, so discussions can begin with a clearer understanding of the product, the requirement and the potential opportunity.

Turn insight into business

Experienced specialists evaluate the evidence, qualify interest, manage relationships and negotiate commercial terms. Human judgment guides which opportunities to pursue and which conditions must be resolved before a commitment.

AI strengthens our research and analysis. Commercial decisions remain grounded in evidence, agreed terms and your approvals.

From inquiry to decision

Know what happens next.

01 Define the requirement

We establish the product, specifications, quantity, condition, location, timing and commercial objective. Buyers explain target price and terms; sellers explain stock or production capacity, pricing expectations and restrictions.

Outcome: a brief that distinguishes essential conditions from preferences.

02 Agree our role

We clarify whether the proposed assignment involves sourcing, a potential direct purchase or selling representation. Before proceeding, we agree scope, authority and any fees, commission or trading terms.

Outcome: clarity about whom we represent, how we are compensated and which decisions require your approval.

03 Identify relevant opportunities

We use AI-assisted research and human assessment to identify potential supply or commercial buyers against the brief. For Canadian producers, outreach follows the agreed product, market and account boundaries. Sensitive information is shared within the agreed permissions.

Outcome: relevant prospects to evaluate, with available evidence and open questions identified.

04 Compare the complete offer

We review product fit, quantities, condition, price, currency, payment, freight and delivery responsibilities. Available documents, samples or inspections help resolve uncertainties. A low unit price is useful only if the overall purchase works.

Outcome: a commercial comparison and the checks still needed before commitment.

05 Document and coordinate

Once the parties choose to proceed, the agreed product, terms, restrictions and responsibilities belong in the transaction documents. We coordinate relevant next steps with the parties and service providers, and follow up on outstanding items.

Outcome: agreed actions, named responsibilities and a basis for repeat business where appropriate.

Protecting your interests

Conditions matter as much as price.

The controls depend on the product, the seller’s requirements and the destination. We clarify applicable conditions early so they can be reflected in the offer and agreement.

Markets and existing relationships

We establish permitted territories, sales channels, excluded customers and any export or resale limits. For producers, the agreed assignment respects protected accounts and existing distributor commitments.

Brand and warranty conditions

Where required, the assignment identifies packaging, branding or barcode treatment, restrictions on naming the original seller, and accurate warranty and return disclosures. These requirements vary by lot and do not replace applicable legal obligations.

Condition, safety and data

We seek clarity on manifests, grading, known defects and inspection rights. Relevant recall restrictions, data removal and processing requirements need an agreed procedure and any required evidence. Legally required safety information and traceability must be preserved.

Confidentiality and downstream controls

We agree what information may be disclosed and to whom. Where a seller requires restrictions to follow the goods, the buyer’s written obligations should address onward resale and any required processing records.

A clear basis for your decision

Know what is confirmed—and what still needs checking.

Evidence before assumptions

A potential buyer is a prospect until interest and requirements are established. Supplier statements, quoted prices and available documents need to be assessed for the proposed transaction. We identify unresolved points so you can decide which checks to require.

Responsibilities before commitment

The parties need to agree who handles inspection, quality acceptance, payment, freight, insurance and any required processing. Credit checks, specialist testing or professional advice can be arranged with relevant providers when needed; their scope and cost should be agreed first.

An inquiry does not guarantee supply, a buyer, financing or a completed transaction. Commitments arise from the terms accepted by the parties.

Make the first step useful

Bring us one buying or selling requirement.

Include the product, specifications or condition, quantity, location, timing and target terms. If you are selling, include any market, brand or handling restrictions. We will have a practical starting point for discussing the assignment.
